Warehouse Pickup Instructions

This is a warehouse pickup location — NOT a retail store or showroom. We do not have any products on display.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

  • You must TEXT us with your pickup time in advance so we can have your order ready - we cannot accept unscheduled pickups.

  • Please arrive with an appropriate vehicle - Pool Tables require pick up truck or large cargo van; no SUV's or Mini Vans - they will not fit.

The office is for employees only not a showroom or store - pick ups are at warehouse loading dock ONLY.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closed for lunch: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM

Before You Arrive

  • Pickup appointments are required. Please schedule a specific pickup time in advance.

  • Text your estimated arrival time (ETA) before heading over so we can prepare your order.

Arrival Instructions

  • Enter through the black gates upon arrival.

  • Park immediately to the left, near the dumpsters/loading dock.

  • Text us once you are parked, and a team member will come out to assist you.

  • Please do not enter the front office. The office is closed to the public, and all pickups are handled curbside at the dock.
